MC Services charges $35–$40 per hour for cleaning across Toronto and the GTA. The rate within that range depends on the type of clean and the job. Before we start, we give you a free estimate based on your home, so you know the price in advance. There are no hidden fees, and our team is insured and covered by WSIB.
Why hourly? Because no two homes are the same. A two-bedroom condo cleaned every two weeks and a two-bedroom condo that has not been cleaned in a year are completely different jobs. Hourly pricing with an estimate up front means you pay for the work your home actually needs.
Typical time and cost by type of clean
The table below shows typical time ranges for a home in average condition. They are examples to help you budget, not quotes; your estimate is based on your home.

Hours are total cleaner-hours: two cleaners working three hours is six hours. A bigger team finishes faster, but the total cost is about the same.
Carpet, upholstery and windows
Carpet and upholstery cleaning and window cleaning depend on the number of rooms, stairs, rugs, sofas and windows, and on access. They are quoted after you tell us what needs doing; send a list and a few photos on WhatsApp at 647-921-1060. When they are added to a larger clean, they are billed at the same hourly rate.
Commercial cleaning and snow removal
Office and commercial cleaning is quoted per visit or per month after a free site visit, because the size, washrooms, kitchens and frequency vary so much. Commercial snow removal in Hamilton and Brantford is quoted per season, per push or per visit after a site visit.
What changes the price
- Size and layout. Bedrooms, bathrooms, levels, stairs and whether the basement is included. Bathrooms and kitchens take the most time.
- Condition. Heavy grease, hard-water scale, soap scum, pet hair and construction dust add time, especially on the first visit.
- How often you book. Weekly and bi-weekly homes stay in shape, so each visit is shorter and cheaper than an occasional clean.
- What is included. Inside the oven, fridge or cabinets, interior windows, laundry and carpets are extras on a regular clean and included in a deep or move-out clean.
- Clutter. Time spent tidying is time not spent cleaning. A home that is picked up first gets more cleaning for the same money.
- Access and parking. Condo elevator bookings and paid parking can add time; tell us about them when you book.
How Toronto cleaning prices compare
Across Toronto and the GTA, cleaning companies charge anything from around $30 to well over $60 per cleaner per hour, and some charge flat prices that hide how long the job will take. When you compare, check three things: whether the cleaners are insured and covered by WSIB, what exactly is included, and whether the price is confirmed before the job or can change on the day. At $35–$40 per hour with insurance, WSIB coverage, a written checklist and a walkthrough, we aim to be the best value in the city rather than the cheapest.

- Combine services in one visit, such as a deep clean with carpets, so there is one trip instead of two.
