The cleaning calendar: when to book what
Planning ahead is the easiest way to get the date you want and the best price. Here is how our clients across Toronto and the GTA plan their year. For a room-by-room plan, see our holiday and festival cleaning checklist.
- October to mid-December, snow contracts: commercial properties in Hamilton and Brantford book snow removal contracts before the first storm.
- Diwali (early November): a deep clean before the celebrations and a quick clean after the guests leave.
- Black Friday and Cyber Monday: the best time of year to book December deep cleans and carpet cleaning at a discount.
- Hanukkah and Christmas: kitchens, guest bathrooms and living rooms ready for family; dates in the last two weeks of December fill quickly.
- Boxing Day to mid-January: a fresh start with regular house cleaning on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule.
- Lunar New Year: a thorough clean before the new year to welcome good fortune.
- Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr: a deep clean before Eid, so the days of celebration are spent with family, not cleaning.
- Spring (Holi, Easter, Vaisakhi): spring cleaning, windows, and carpets after a winter of salt and slush.
- Summer moving season: move-in and move-out cleaning for the June to September moving rush, especially around July 1 and September 1.
- Back to school and Thanksgiving: a reset after summer and before family dinners.
How our offers work
- Each offer has a code and dates; book within the dates to use it.
- Discounts apply to the cleaning labour on the booking the code is used for, at our normal rate of $35–$40 per hour.
- One code per booking and per household; offers cannot be combined with each other.
- We confirm the offer in your estimate, so you see the discounted price before we start.
- Commercial cleaning and snow removal are quoted separately; ask us about seasonal pricing for businesses.

Frequently asked questions
How do I use a promo code?
Enter it in the promo code box on the booking form, or mention it when you call or WhatsApp us. The code also fills in automatically when you click the button on the offer banner.
Can I use an offer on a booking for a later date?
Book within the offer dates. Most offers apply to visits on the dates shown; Black Friday applies to visits booked in the sale for December.
Do offers apply to commercial cleaning?
Our seasonal offers are for homes. Businesses get a custom quote; ask us about pricing for regular contracts.
How often will you email me?
About twice a month at most, mainly with seasonal offers and useful cleaning tips. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
