Cleaner workplaces, safer floors, happier staff
In a warehouse or an industrial unit, cleaning is about more than appearance. Dust builds up on racking and stock, shrink-wrap and debris collect in corners, spills and winter slush make floors slippery, and a dirty lunchroom or washroom affects how your team feels about coming to work. Customers and auditors who visit notice all of it.
MC Services cleans warehouses, distribution centres, logistics facilities, light industrial units, showrooms with warehouse space and trade businesses across the GTA. Our office is in north Etobicoke, close to the industrial areas around Highway 27, Highway 427 and the airport corridor, and we also serve Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan and Toronto. We work around your shifts and your safety rules. Our team is insured and covered by WSIB.

Safety first
Warehouses have hazards that offices do not: forklifts and pallet jacks, racking, docks, moving vehicles and restricted areas. Our crew follows your site’s safety rules and orientation, wears the personal protective equipment you require, such as safety boots and high-visibility vests, stays out of marked forklift zones while equipment is operating, and never climbs racking. Work at height above safe reach, chemical spills and hazardous materials stay with your trained staff or specialist contractors. We agree all of this in writing during setup.
Scheduling around shifts
Most warehouses are cleaned between shifts, at the end of the day, overnight or on weekends, so we never get in the way of picking, packing or deliveries. Busy sites often choose daily office, lunchroom and washroom cleaning, with floor care two or three times a week. We agree keys, alarm codes and access to fenced or secure areas, and keep the same crew on your site wherever possible.
Deep cleans and one-time cleans
A one-time deep clean is worth booking before a customer audit, after a stock count, before moving into a new unit, after moving out at the end of a lease, or once the salt season is over. We clean empty units for handover, and new units after a fit-out with post-construction cleaning. Office carpet can be added with carpet cleaning, and glass with window cleaning.
Winter: salt, slush and slips
From November to April, salt and slush come in on boots, tires and pallets. Wet floors near docks and entrances are a slip hazard, and salt residue damages floor finishes. In winter we increase the floor care near entrances and docks, keep mats clean, and can plan an end-of-season floor clean. For properties in Hamilton and Brantford, our commercial snow removal service keeps lots, docks and fire routes clear.
What warehouse cleaning costs
Warehouse and industrial cleaning is quoted per visit or per month after a free site visit, based on the size of the office and warehouse areas, the number of washrooms and lunchrooms, the floor area to be maintained, the frequency and your safety requirements. Our labour rate is $35–$40 per hour, and we show you the expected hours per visit. Call or WhatsApp 647-921-1060 to book a site visit.
